Routine Appointments

The practice operates a full appointment system with morning and afternoon surgeries. We also offer evening appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and hold routine clinics every Saturday morning between 8 and 10am.

Please telephone 020 8650 0173, or call in to make your appointment. Alternatively you can book your appointment online using the link on the homepage. (You must be registered to use this service, see on-line booking section in contact us to apply for this.)

You may choose to see any of our doctors and if the doctor of your choice is unavailable due to sickness or holidays we will offer you an appointment with one of the others.

We aim in offer appointments 4-6 weeks in advance: if your need is not urgent we recommend that you book ahead so that you are more likely to get the doctor and time of choice. If you ask to see a particular doctor the reception staff will offer you the next available free slot unless you specify a date.

If you see the GP and they ask you to come back for a follow up please visit the reception desk ON YOUR WAY OUT to book this rather than call on the day you need to be reviewed as you may be disappointed by availability of that doctor.

If you see a doctor for a particular aliment please try to see the same GP for any follow up to give continuity of care. This is good clinical practice and we believe it is in the best interests of our patients. (see above re follow up appointments).

 Extended Hours

Please note that we operate extended opening hours and open late until 7:30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from 8am until 10am on Saturday mornings for routine problems. Both Doctor and Nurse appointments are available during our extended opening hours.

Our Healthcare Assistant operates a late clinic until 7pm every Tuesday evening.
