Appointment Tips & FAQs


If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the appointment slot to someone else.


Please arrive on time for your appointments. Our clinicians do their upmost to ensure the smooth running of their surgeries and it helps them greatly if you arrive in good time.

Whilst our clinicians try their best to keep to time, naturally there are occasions when this is not possible. It may be that there has been a medical emergency or that a previous patient has needed a little extra time than anticipated.

Multiple Problems

We ask that you endeavour to limit your appointments to one problem at a time. Please do not ‘store up’ problems. This ensures that the appointment schedule runs as efficiently as possible for everyone.
