Feedback
I have used the anima app twice and on both occasions received a response within 24 hours. Today I received a response within an hour and uploaded some images for the doctor to see. I then received a phone call and had a discussion which meant there was no need to book an appointment. I think this system must save so much time and remove unnecessary in-person appointments. It makes it much easier for patients too, although there is always the concern that some patients may not have the same electronic access and/or skills.
