Dr Prema Reddy (f)
I trained at Guys Hospital Medical School in London and completed in 1989. For my House Officer jobs I did General Medicine at Guys Hospital and Surgery at Greenwich District Hospital. I completed my General Practice medical rotation with St Bartholomews Hospital Training Scheme in 1993. My Senior House Officer jobs were in Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Accident and Emergency and Psychiatry. My General Practice training was in Islington and Hackney. I did multiple locums in the Bromley and Bexley areas before joining the Elm House Surgery. I started at the Elm House surgery in May 1995. I enjoy all aspects of General Practice. I do weekly Child Health Surveillance clinics and offer all aspects of Women’s health. I am able to offer a full Family Planning service including implant and coil fittings.

I qualified from University Goettingen, Germany,
in 1991 and completed my Vocational Training for General Practice in 2001. I joined Elm House Surgery as a Salaried GP in 2002 and became a Partner in 2005. In 2009 I became a Clinical Director of Cator Medical Centre. My main interests are: minor surgery, dermatology, urology and ultrasound scanning. I have extra clinics for minor surgery, I perform joint injections and ultrasound scanning in my usual clinical sessions.
Dr Haroon Yazdani (m)
I qualified from King’s College London in 2010 and did my GP training in Medway after which I joined Elm House Surgery in September 2015. I love the variety
and challenges that all aspects of General Practice
bring but in particular my areas of interests are Dermatology, Acute Medicine and Mental Health.
Being a GP trainer, I am passionate about teaching and promoting an environment for learning and development of staff and patients alike.

I qualified at UCL in 2009. I joined Elm House Surgery in July 2018 and Cator Medical Centre in May 2017. My main area of interest is Diabetes (Diabetic Clinics for Cator Patients only).
Dr Thu Tran (f)
I qualified from Bart’s and The London School Of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010 and completed my GP training locally in Bromley. I joined Elm House Surgery in August 2015. I enjoy all facets of general practice and I run the mother and baby post-natal clinics on a weekly basis.
Dr Emma Middleton (f)
MBChB, DRCOG, DFFP, MRCGP
I qualified from the University of Sheffield in 1997. I joined Elm House Surgery in January 2014. My main area of interest is Women’s Health. I get involved in medical student training and mentoring clinicians e.g. ENP, Pharmacist.

I trained at Imperial College London and qualified in 2008. Following a period of training in hospital medicine, I completed GP training and subsequently joined Elm House Surgery in 2016. I have a broad area of developing interests including care of the elderly and medical education.
Dr Brinta Rabindra (f)
MBBS BSc (Hons), MRCGP, DRCOG
I qualified from King’s College London in 2012 and as part of my training I also completed a BSc in Medical Law and Ethics. I trained as a GP in Bromley and I undertook a variety of hospital posts including Emergency Medicine, Women’s health, Oncology and Paediatrics. I joined Elm House Surgery in 2017. I enjoy all areas of General Practice and the variety it offers but I have particular interest in Care of the Elderly medicine and chronic disease management. I am also interested in medical education and I am often involved in supervising students and our ANPs/clinical pharmacist.
Dr Joanna Mulvihill (f)
BSc, MBChB, DRCOG
I qualified from University of Liverpool Medical School in 2008 having completed a BSc in Pharmacology prior to medical school. I then worked as a junior doctor on the Wirral and in Brisbane, Australia. I completed my GP training in Maidstone in 2015 and since then have worked in the community and as a prison doctor. I joined Elm House Surgery in October 2019.
Dr Kathryn Matu (f)
I qualified from University of Sheffield in 2014. I completed my GP training in Greenwich which involved a variety of specialties including Women’s Health, Paediatrics and Emergency Medicine. I joined Elm House Surgery in January 2020.
Dr Devi Patel (f)
I trained at Kings College London and qualified from medical school in 2013. Following a period of hospital training I began my training as a GP at Imperial and subsequently completed it at Kings. During this time I gained further experience in Oncology, Women’s Health and Paediatrics. I completed my training as a GP and joined Elm House Surgery in 2020. I enjoy all aspects of general practice and the variety that comes with. However, my main interests lie in Women’s Health and I also help with the mother and baby postnatal clinics.
